| 1944 - Reno, NV. The Half Way Club, 1601 East Fourth Street, was licensed for blackjack. Primarily a bar and restaurant, located half way between Sparks and Reno, blackjack was offered until 1946. Sometime in the 1950's, the name was changed to Casale's Half Way Club. The Club was still open as of 2002, featuring homemade ravioli, meatballs and pizza, listing their address as 2501 East Fourth . |

| 2008 - Rock island Illinois. Jumer's opened its new Las Vegas-style casino and hotel in southwest Rock Island. The 43,000-square-foot casino has more than 1,100 slots and 24 table games as well as a live poker room and a high-limit slots area. The complex includes a 205-room hotel with 11 luxury suites, an event center, a nightclub and four restaurants. DJ's Steakhouse is named after the company's founder, D. James Jumer. |

The MGM Grand is the largest single hotel in the United States with 5,044 rooms. It is also the third-largest hotel complex in the world by number of rooms and second-largest hotel resort complex in the United States behind the combined The Venetian and The Palazzo. When it opened in 1993, the MGM Grand was the largest hotel complex in the world. |

| 1973 - Paradise Nevada. Bally's Las Vegas is a hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment Corporation. The hotel features 2,814 extra-sized guestrooms that are 450 sq ft or larger and over 175,000 sq ft of banquet and meeting space. The casino occupies 66,187 sq ft About 75% of the rooms are in the Resort Tower which had renovations completed in 2018. The remaining rooms are located in the Jubilee Tower, constructed in 1981. |

The Isle of Capri Casino and Hotel Boonville is a stationary boat hotel and casino owned and operated by Eldorado Resorts on the Missouri River in Boonville, Missouri that opened on December 6, 2001. The casino has close to 900 gaming machines and 20 table games. The Isle of Capri Boonville also features three restaurants and a 140-room hotel, including 26 junior suites. A casino floor remodel was completed in September 2013 and included new carpet, additional TVs in the bar and table games area, a redesigned casino bar, and a redesigned cashier's cage. Slot selection includes penny, quarter, half-dollar, dollar, two dollar, five dollar, ten dollar, and twenty-five dollar denomination slots in a range of styles (classic reel slots, video slots, video reel slots, etc.). The casino also features video poker games, including progressive games. |
